How do you solve order execution problems?

At markets.com, we want to provide the best trading experience to all our clients.

We constantly strive to ensure our platforms and apps are operating at optimum speed and efficiency.

However, you may experience technical difficulties from time to time. Here’s what you can do during such instances.

Account keeps hanging

If you are unable to access your Web Trader account, follow these troubleshooting instructions:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete together.
  3. Make sure the “Empty the cache”, and “Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data” boxes are ticked.
  4. Click “Clear browsing data”.
  5. Close your browser and start it again.

Trade didn’t close despite stop-loss or take-profit orders

For stop-loss or take-profit orders, you can choose either Limit Order or Sell Order.

Under each, you can choose Buy Limit Order and Sell Limit Order, or Buy Stop Order and Sell Stop Order. Check the opposite direction (and not the same direction) to see the price.
