Each of our entities is regulated by the relevant authority in its jurisdiction.

Grace period for eligible clients

The grace period is only offered for clients in these markets:

  • Europe (Cyprus) - Safecap Investments Ltd., regulated by CySEC
  • Global - Finalto BVI Ltd., regulated by FSC

How long is the grace period

Depending on your country of residence, you may fall under either category.

Note that:

  • Eligible clients under the BVI regulation will have a grace period of 28 days.
  • Eligible clients under Cyprus regulation have a grace period of 15 days.

If the verification process is not completed and the necessary documents are not submitted after the stated grace period, we will close the positions and proceed with the return of funds.
